Hot Stone with Swedish massage, Aromatherapy, and Hot towels!! Invigorating, pain alleviating, and thermo-therapy helps improve circulation, reduce muscle tension, and promote deeper relaxation. Hot stone massage is a therapeutic massage that uses heated stones to target specific locations on the body. The stones are typically smooth, deep-colored basalt stones heated in hot water before being placed on the skin. Additionally, the therapist may use the stones to massage the muscles gently, creating a warm, comforting sensation. The combination of heat and gentle pressure in hot stone massage can alleviate pain from arthritis and fibromyalgia. It can also help ease tension headaches and promote faster recovery from injuries. iiiWhen heated stones are placed on your body, they cause vasodilation, which is the dilation or widening of blood vessels. This process increases blood flow to the area and improves circulation. The increased blood flow helps remove toxins from the tissues and promotes the delivery of oxygen and nutrients, aiding in tissue repair and rejuvenation. Moreover, the heat from the stones triggers the release of endorphins, natural painkillers produced by the body that can reduce feelings of stress and anxiety. This is why you feel a sense of comfort and relaxation during and after a hot stone massage session.
Cancellation Policy
Policies Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy: We value your business and ask that you respect our business scheduling policies. Your appointment time has been reserved for you and nobody else. While we understand emergencies do happen, we do require 24hr notice, 48hr notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Though we may evaluate and make a one time exception on a case by case basis. Cancellation or rescheduling for any reason after the 24hrs will result in a 50% fee, of your scheduled service. If you are able to send someone in your place or if we are able to fill that time slot you will not be charged the cancellation/rescheduling fee. Fee must be paid before booking your next appointment. No Show Policy: We ask that you give a 24-48hr notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to do so, will result as a no show and you will be responsible to pay the full scheduled service fee. No show fee must be paid before booking your next appointment. Running late to Appointments We ask that you arrive for your appointment 5-10 minutes early to fill out forms if necessary and be ready to start your appointment on time. We strive to keep your appointments running on time. If you are running late we will get you in as quickly as possible, and you will get whatever time remains for the session you scheduled. Please communicate with us if you are running late and we will try to accommodate you, but please understand that we do not usually have extra time to go past your session time scheduled. If you are on time and we are behind, you will still receive your fully scheduled time.
